Getting started

These guides take a brand-new Book Time Off account from empty to a working setup you can run your team on. Work through them roughly in order: add your people, set the working week and each person's allowance, turn on UK bank holidays, then create your leave types, departments and approvers.

Most of it is a one-time setup that takes well under an hour. If you are moving across from Timetastic, start with the import guide and it will bring your people and this year's leave in one upload.
